At Aster Care we pride ourselves in providing our residents with the best care we can. Our staff prioritise dignity and care above all else. Here at we have a genuine love for getting to know our residents, we want our staff and residents to build strong relationships wit each other and that’s why we encourage our staff to communicate with residents from the start.

Our staff are specially trained to help manage the unique needs of residents with varying degrees of care needs whilst ensuring at all times that our care delivery remains person- centred.

Our person centred approach means that each resident is an individual treated with respect and dignity. Each resident has a named care co-ordinator and Key Worker with an individual care plan.

Residents, and where appropriate their families, are involved, as far as practical, in the decision making regarding their care. Aster Care Home has a team of qualified nurses complimented by well-trained and dedicated care assistants that provide an excellent standard of care 24 hours a day.
